BRENTWOOD, Tenn., Aug. 2, 2012 – Following a record-setting first and second quarter, Churchill Mortgage, a leader in the mortgage industry providing conventional, FHA, VA and USDA residential mortgages across 26 states, is on pace to originate $1 billion in residential mortgage loans by year end — a first for the company, which is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year.
As some sectors of the residential mortgage industry have continued to struggle, Churchill Mortgage has enjoyed sustained growth over the past several years and continuing in 2012, with the opening of new branches across Tennessee and one in Tupelo, Miss., adding more than 30 new employees to its staff. As Churchill continues to focus on developing new markets, they are looking for high performing team members in all areas including Sales and Operations.
The lender also continues to improve services for its borrowers through innovative partnerships with companies like MortgagebotÒ, which revolutionizes the loan approval process by allowing online pre-approvals on a 24/7 basis; and 3RD HOME, that allows Churchill customers with second homes to receive discounted membership rates to the elite vacation rental membership club.
Unlike other lenders, Churchill now offers borrowers a Free Home Loan report, which provides detailed information about their loan compared with other options to help them make the best financial decisions possible. The report also includes various payment schedules and potential cost savings, as well as guidance from a local loan officer.
Churchill has also demonstrated its continued support of the Realtor community by helping them increase closings through the Contact Conversion® real estate selling system developed by Home Buyers Marketing II, Inc. (HBM II), a national real estate brokerage services company.
“Despite the challenging economic environment, the past five years have been our most successful years ever,” said Mike Hardwick, president of Churchill Mortgage. “Not only are we continuing to grow, but the housing market appears to be well on its way to recovery. According to our survey of recent homebuyers, most say they would encourage others to buy now while home prices and interest rates are low. As we enter the second half of 2012, we stand ready to help families across the nation achieve their goal of home ownership.”
