There are many ways to help your clients maximize money during the home buying process. One of those ways is figuring out when it’s the best time to buy a house. With inventory remaining tight and home prices rising in 2021, many home buyers took a break from house hunting due to buyer fatigue. Now's the time to reach back out to those clients and let them know that the housing supply seems to be improving in many locations and there's less competition right now.
