Kevin Watson and Monica Madrid, were included among SocialSurvey’s most recent index of Top 25 Loan Officers in the U.S. for Customer Satisfaction. The lender’s suite of specialized tools and resources allows its loan officers to provide the highest quality of service to its borrowers.
SocialSurvey’s 2016 customer satisfaction index included reviews from more than 10,000 loan officers and nearly 50,000 customers. To qualify for the list, loan officers must be in the top one percent in customer satisfaction, receive a minimum average rating of 4.8 stars (out of five) and receive at least 25 verified customer reviews.
Watson, who was recognized among the top 10 loan officers, is district manager for Churchill in Middle Tennessee and has more than two decades of mortgage industry experience. “I give most of the credit to my wonderful team and their ability to communicate highly with clients,” he said.
Included among the top 25 loan officers and with 15 years of industry experience, Madrid is a Home Loan Specialist for Churchill’s branch in Orange, Calif. She has been the recipient of multiple industry awards as a top producer and says “My goal is for my client to sleep well at night, knowing exactly where they stand.”
