3. Time Management
Every minute you spend on your business should be a money-producing activity. Think about how you are managing your day, take notes, and adjust to better serve your bottom line.
Pro tip: "Jack of all trades, master of none"... this old saying won't help you break through to your financial goals. Find the areas within your business that take up time but don't make money and hire assistance in those areas.
