1. Consistency
Just because it's fall, don't fall behind. If you keep your momentum consistent, then your fall and winter will be rewarded AND your spring and summer will be booming!

2. Work your Database
Cleaning up and reaching out to past clients is a great way to prime your pipeline. Also, follow-up with leads who were not ready to sell or buy earlier in the year now!
Pro tip: Create a system to streamline your communication to sellers and buyers; That way you are maximizing your time and your return.
3. Time Management
Every minute you spend on your business should be a money-producing activity. Think about how you are managing your day, take notes, and adjust to better serve your bottom line.
Pro tip: "Jack of all trades, master of none"... this old saying won't help you break through to your financial goals. Find the areas within your business that take up time but don't make money and hire assistance in those areas.
